Thai Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts combine some of the most effective striking and combat systems in the world. Students learn how to punch, kick, knee, elbow, clinch, and move efficiently while developing timing, coordination, and athleticism.
Every class is designed to help students build practical skills while developing strength, confidence, and problem-solving abilities.
Classes begin with dynamic movements designed to improve mobility, footwork, coordination, and conditioning. Students prepare their bodies for training while developing athletic movement patterns used throughout class.
Instructors teach the fundamental and advanced skills of Thai Boxing and MMA, including punches, kicks, knees, elbows, defensive movement, clinch work, and combinations. Students learn not only how techniques work, but when and why they are effective.
Students spend time practicing techniques on pads and with training partners. This develops timing, accuracy, power, and confidence while reinforcing proper mechanics.
As students progress, they participate in structured partner drills that help them learn distance management, reactions, defense, and strategy. These exercises are carefully supervised and scaled to experience level.
Many classes include conditioning exercises that build endurance, explosiveness, and resilience while reinforcing the techniques learned during class.
